Shipping & Delivery

Once you have placed your order, we will process and ship it as quickly as possible.

The Netherlands
Orders placed before 22:00 (CET) on weekdays will be delivered the next day.
Orders placed on Sunday before 15:00 will also be delivered the next day.
Please note that this does not apply to handmade or customized items.

Europe & Rest of the World
Orders placed before 22:00 (CET) on weekdays or Sunday before 15:00 will be shipped the same day.
Delivery times depend on the destination country and local courier processing.

Handmade & Customized Items

Handmade and customized items require additional preparation time and will be shipped within 7 business days.
If customization details are provided after the order is placed (for example via email), the shipping time of 7 business days starts once the details are confirmed.

Shipping Process

Orders are shipped via PostNL and DHL.
During busy periods such as holidays or sale events, processing and delivery times may take longer than usual.
You will receive a Track & Trace email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Once your parcel has been handed over to PostNL or DHL, INTI AMAR is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier.

Processing: 1–2 days
Delivery: 3–7 days

Delivery & Collection

If you are not at home when PostNL or DHL attempts to deliver your parcel, the courier will leave a note with further instructions. Your order may be delivered to a nearby pickup point.

If your package is returned to us because it was not collected in time, we can resend it upon request. Please note that new shipping costs will apply. To avoid additional fees, make sure to collect your order promptly.
