Shipping
Once you have placed your order, we will process and ship it as quickly as possible.
The Netherlands
Orders placed before 22:00 (CET) on weekdays will be delivered the next day.
Orders placed on Sunday before 15:00 (CET) will also be delivered the next day.
Please note that this does not apply to handmade or customized items.
Europe & Rest of the World
Orders placed before 22:00 (CET) on weekdays or Sunday before 15:00 (CET) will be shipped the same day.
Delivery times depend on the destination country and local courier processing.
Orders are shipped via PostNL and DHL. During busy periods such as holidays or sale events, processing and delivery times may take longer than usual.
You will receive a Track & Trace email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Handmade & Customized Items
Handmade and customized products require additional preparation time and will be shipped within 10 business days.
We offer worldwide shipping. For inquiries about destinations not listed at checkout, please contact our customer service.
Returns & Exchanges
You must register your return within 14 days from the delivery date. After registration, you have an additional 14 days to send the item back.
Please note that customized or handmade items cannot be returned or refunded.
Returns must be registered through the official return link. The cost and risk of return shipping are the customer’s responsibility.
Return Conditions

Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned with all original labels and packaging.

Used, washed, or damaged items will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

A valid Track & Trace code is required for all returns. We cannot investigate missing returns without proof of shipment.

We aim to process all returns within 14 days and will notify you once your return has been completed.

Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of processing.
Any return that does not meet these conditions may be refused by INTI AMAR.
International Returns
All returned items must be declared as “Returns and Repairs of Dutch Merchandise” on the customs declaration.
This must be clearly stated on both the packaging and the declaration form.
Packages without this indication may be delayed or subject to additional customs fees.
Wrong or Defective Item
If you have received the wrong or a defective item, please report this when registering your return.
Upload clear photos and a short description of the issue. Once your request has been received, our team will contact you to offer a suitable solution.

Product Information
Please note that sizes and colors may vary slightly from product images due to differences in fabric, dyeing processes, or screen settings.
The measurements of our garments and hijabs may deviate by up to 5 cm in width or length.
