Shipping

Once you have placed your order, it will be processed and handed over to PostNL or UPS on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays. Please note that it may take 1-2 days before your package is officially in transit.

Customized items will be shipped within 10 business days.

We offer worldwide shipping. For inquiries about countries not listed at checkout, please contact our customer service.

Returns & exchanges

You must register your return within 14 days from the delivery date. After registration, you have an additional 14 daysto send the item back. Please note that customized items cannot be returned or refunded.

Returns must be registered through this link. The costs and risks of shipping are the customer’s responsibility.

Return conditions

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned with all original labels and packaging.
  • Used or damaged items will not be accepted and will be sent back.
  • A track & trace code is required for all returns. We cannot investigate missing returns without proof of shipment.

We aim to process returns within 14 days and will notify you once the process is completed. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of processing.

Any return that does not meet these conditions may be refused by Inti Amar.

International returns

All returned items must be declared as ‘Returns and Repairs of Dutch Merchandise’ on the customs declaration. This must be stated on the packaging and in the declaration form. Packages without this mention may not be successfully delivered to our warehouse and could be subject to additional fees.

Our customer service is available on weekdays from 09:30 to 18:00.

Product information

Please note that sizes and colors may vary slightly from the images due to differences in fabric, dyeing processes, and screen settings. The measurements of our clothing and scarves may also deviate by up to 5 cm in width and length.
