SHIPPING

Once you have placed your order, it will be processed and handed over to Post NL or UPS on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays. Please note that it may take 1-2 days* for your package to be handed over to Post NL or UPS. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to ensure your order is processed and shipped promptly.

We ship world wide. For inquiries regarding countries not listed above, please contact our Customer Service.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You must register your return within 14 days from the delivery date. After registering the return, you have another 14 days to send the item back. Please note that customized items cannot be returned or refunded. Returns must be registered through this link. The costs and risks of shipping are your responsibility.

We only accept returns if the items are in their original condition, including all labels and packaging. Damaged or used items will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. Proof of shipment with a track & trace code is required to qualify for a refund, as we cannot investigate missing returns without it.

We aim to process returns or exchanges within 14 calendar days and will contact you once this is completed. Please be aware that it may take up to 10 calendar days for the refund to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank or card issuer. Refunds will be issued through our system within 14 calendar days.

Any returns that do not follow the rules mentioned above may be refused by INTI AMAR.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

All returned items should be declared as ‘Returns and Repairs of Dutch Merchandise’ on the customs declaration. This should be written on the packaging as well as in the declarations form. Returned packages that don’t have this mention may not be successfully delivered to our warehouse and might be subjected to additional fees.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Sizes can differ for each scarf depending on the colour and type. For this reason, sizes can vary up to 5 cm in width and length.

We accept payment through iDeal (Netherlands only), Bancontact, Creditcard or Afterpay with Klarna.
