Shipping & Delivery
Orders placed before 22:00 are shipped the same day and delivered the next working day within the Netherlands, if the item is in stock.
For handmade and customised items, delivery times are different. These items are carefully produced in our atelier and usually require up to 7 working days. During busy periods or launches, this may take up to 10 working days.
Delivery times depend on your location:
- The Netherlands: 1 to 2 working days
- Europe: 3 to 7 working days
- Rest of the world: 4 to 9 working days
Please note that these delivery times apply to ready to ship items only and do not apply to handmade or customised items.
Some items are shipped from our atelier, while others are shipped from our fulfilment warehouse. This means your order may arrive in separate packages.
If part of your order includes handmade or customised items, these may take longer to produce and ship. Delivery for these items can take up to 7 working days, and up to 10 working days during busy periods.
You will receive separate updates and tracking information if your order is split.
In some cases, carriers mark packages as delivered before they arrive or leave them with neighbours. Please wait up to 5 working days and check your surroundings before contacting us.
If you haven’t received an order confirmation, please check your spam or junk folder. To ensure you receive future updates, add our email to your safe sender list so our messages are not marked as spam.
If the confirmation is not in your spam folder, please contact our customer service at contact@intiamar.com.
Please make sure to double-check your address before placing your order.
If you notice that details such as your house number or street name are missing after you've placed your order, please contact our customer service at contact@intiamar.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you in updating the address before the order is shipped. Once the order has been processed and shipped, we can no longer make changes.
Yes, as soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a track and trace code. You can use this code to track the status and location of your order.
Returns & Refunds
Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
Please note that customised items cannot be returned, unless there is a defect or an error from our side.
You can submit your return via the Return Form at the bottom of our website. Follow the steps to complete your return request.
Yes, this is possible. However, each order must be registered separately via the Return Form.
Please include a note inside the package with all order numbers, so we can process your return correctly.
Returns are not free. Return shipping costs apply and will be shown during the return process.
If you received a wrong or defective item, return shipping will be covered by us.
Please submit your return via the Return Form and select “wrong item received” or “defective item received”.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide a return label and offer a suitable solution.
We do not offer direct exchanges. You can return your item and place a new order.
We kindly ask you to return items in their original packaging to ensure they arrive safely.
If an item is returned without its original packaging, we reserve the right to apply a deduction to the refund to cover any loss in value, in line with our return policy.
Once your return has been received and approved, refunds are processed as soon as possible and may take up to 14 days.
The exact timing depends on your payment provider.
Sizing & Product
Most of our designs have a relaxed and modest fit. We recommend checking the size chart for detailed measurements.
Our pieces are designed with coverage in mind. Lighter colours may require layering depending on personal preference.
Customisation is only available for selected items.
If an item offers customisation, this option will be clearly shown on the product page. If you do not see a customisation option, the item is not available for adjustments.
The way to provide your measurements depends on the item:
For dresses and abayas
Provide your desired total length in centimetres.
You can either:
Measure a dress you already own from the back neckline down to the hem, or
Use your height as a guideline:
If worn without heels, subtract approximately 25 cm from your height
If worn with heels, subtract approximately 20 cm
For twinsets with trousers
Please provide your inside leg length in centimetres.
Measure this from the crotch down to the bottom of a well fitting pair of trousers.
Make sure all measurements are clearly entered when placing your order.
The most accurate way is to measure an abaya or dress you already own.
Lay it flat and measure from the back neckline down to the hem in centimetres.
If you do not have a similar item, you can use your height as a guideline:
If worn without heels, subtract approximately 25 cm from your height
If worn with heels, subtract approximately 20 cm
For the best result, we recommend double checking your measurement before placing your order, as customised items cannot be returned.

Custom Orders & Pre Orders

Customised items cannot be returned unless there is a defect or an error from our side.
A pre order means the item is not yet in stock but will be produced or restocked. Estimated delivery times are shown on the product page.
Orders & Payments
We accept iDEAL (Wero), Klarna, credit card and other secure payment methods available at checkout.
Orders are processed quickly, which means changes or cancellations are not always possible.
