Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change or cancel an order once it has been confirmed. Please make sure to carefully check your personal information before placing your order.
If you haven’t received an order confirmation, please check your spam or junk folder. To ensure you receive future updates, add our email to your safe sender list so our messages are not marked as spam.

Delivery
Please make sure to double-check your address before placing your order.
If you notice that details such as your house number or street name are missing after you've placed your order, please contact our customer service at contact@intiamar.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you in updating the address before the order is shipped. Once the order has been processed and shipped, we can no longer make changes.
Yes, as soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a track and trace code from PostNL. You can use this code to track the status and location of your order.
Orders are processed and handed over to PostNL or UPS on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays. Shipping times vary by destination:
- Netherlands: 1-5 days
- Europe: 3-7 days
- Rest of the world: 4-9 days
Customized items are shipped within 10 business days.
